Job Summary:

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed speech-language pathologist looking to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you! New graduates are welcome to apply! CFY supervision is available.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Birth-3 experience and oral-motor/feeding experience are not required but preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
