Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA – Home Setting (Crestview, FL)
We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy services in a home setting for our geriatric clientele in Crestview, FL. The role offers competitive compensation at $56 per 4-unit treatment, flexible scheduling, and full transparency in payment reporting.
Responsibilities- Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner.
- Provide skilled interventions to improve patient functional independence.
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members.
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record.
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Two years of clinical experience (preferred) in physical therapy or related fields.
- Actively licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Job Type: PRN
Compensation: $56 per 4-unit treatment
