Parts Manager

Position Overview

Parish Tractor Company is a trusted Kubota dealership, committed to delivering exceptional service and quality products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Parts Manager to lead the parts team at our Crestview, FL location.

The Parts Department Manager will oversee all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. This role is critical in supporting our service department and ensuring customers receive the right parts promptly. This position offers a competitive salary plus bonus opportunities.

• Maintain parts inventory.
• Keeps dead stock below company mandated maximum percentage.
• Keeps in demand parts in stock by utilizing daily/weekly stock orders.
• Responsible for returning all cores/damages/shortage to vendors to receive proper credit.
• Responsible for all parts ordering/receipting.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and functional parts room.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in parts management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment parts is a plus.
