Assistant Manager

. You will be the second in command of a million‑dollar business, grow to become the boss, and lead by example. Great people are required: judgment, leadership, math, and the ability to multitask.

This is a part‑time, hourly position. Each day shift starts at 9 am and ends between 4–7 pm. Each night shift starts between 3–5 pm and ends an hour after close, around 1 am. Mid shifts start around 12 pm and end between 8–10 pm. The position is five days per week and most weekends.

Annual salary is based on 50 40‑hour work weeks at the current hourly rate, along with some overtime. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

• Oversee all aspects of your shift.
• Ensure safety, training, and culture of your team.
• Follow all policy and procedures, 100% of the time.
• Make correct monetary change and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Operate, stock, and prepare all equipment and product.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
• Handle telephone orders.

• Prior experience in Domino’s or prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use Outlook / Email services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking for short distances for short durations. Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb. Carrying large cans 3 lb. Pushing trays on dollies up to 7.5 lb. Climbing stairs or ladder infrequently.
