Licensure:

Current and unencumbered license as an RN

Experience:

1+ year(s) of Certified Home Health experience as an RN

Skills:

Wound care, wound vac
Availability:

Must have reliable transportation, current drivers license, and car insurance coverage.

Certifications:

Current CPR certification; additional certifications in home health or geriatric care preferred.
Responsibilities

Provide independent, exceptional care to patients in their homes including comprehensive assessments and creating individualized care plans.
Document care in a timely and thorough manner using Home Care Home Base EMR.
