Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Crestview, Florida, 32539!

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical / Stroke Unit

Crestview, FL | Acute Care

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Stroke Unit during night shift hours
• Perform and document neurological assessments using NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• Monitor and manage patients presenting with stroke-related conditions and post-acute stroke care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (gray or teal scrubs)

• Active Florida state RN license or multistate compact license
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required — must be reflected in submission
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience required
• Stroke unit experience required — must be reflected in submission
• AHCA compliance required for all Florida-based travel assignments

• Experience working in a dedicated Stroke Unit or Neuroscience unit
• Familiarity with travel nursing expectations and adaptability to new clinical environments
• Strong neurological assessment and critical thinking skills
