American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a Stroke Unit night shift position requiring NIHSS certification and recent stroke care experience.
Requirements- Active FL state or multistate compact RN license
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
- Stroke care experience required
- AHCA clearance required for all FL travelers
- No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Medical Surgical unit specializing in stroke care (2S Stroke Unit)
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Gray or teal scrubs required
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Not eligible for candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
- RTO requests must be less than one week
