• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Serve as a problem solver, using in‑depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and consult with customers in their homes.
• Inspect interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and address questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad.

No experience required – we’ll train you!

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company will pay).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
