• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems for commercial projects.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Represent Palm Electric LLC professionally at all times.

• 4+ years of electrical experience in commercial construction (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in quality work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and safety‑minded.
• Ability to pass a background check in compliance with applicable laws.

• Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday
