Palm Electric LLC is looking for a motivated Electrical Helper to support our field operations team on commercial electrical projects. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to learn the trade, gain hands‑on experience, and grow into a long-term career. The Electrical Helper will assist journeymen and electricians with installations, maintenance, and project preparation, while maintaining a safe and organized job site.

• Assist journeymen and electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areas.
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling holes, pulling wire, and setting up jobsite equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and instructions under supervision.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Show initiative in learning new skills and supporting project goals.

• 1+ year of electrical or construction experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Organized, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Open to learning new techniques and advancing in the trade.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be dependable and safety-focused.
• Ability to pass a background check in compliance with applicable laws.

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required depending on project needs.
