Requirements:

• Must live within commutable distance to Crestview, FL
• Construction or outdoor work background
• Proper use of hand tools and industrial floor grinders
• Applying coatings using brush and roller techniques
• Using hand flaking application
• Lifting and handling buckets of 50 lbs. or more
• Money‑motivated & hardworking

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Pay Range: $65,000 - $110,000

Work Schedule:

• Typical Start Time: 7:00 AM

Duties Include (but are not limited to)

• Proper use of hand and industrial floor grinders.
• Applying our coating using brush and roller techniques.
• Using hand flaking applications.
• Lifting buckets approximately 50 pounds or more.
• Properly mixing chemical blends.
• Physical labor will be performed.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Construction or outdoor work background
✔ Familiarity with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
✔ Painting or concrete experience
✔ Hand tool experience
✔ Trackable work history
