Youth Care Worker - Full Time - up to $19 an hour

Okaloosa Youth Academy is a non-secure, certified juvenile justice residential facility for males located in Crestview, FL. The mission is to increase public safety by reducing juvenile delinquency in Florida through effective prevention, intervention, and treatment services that strengthen families and turn around the lives of troubled youth.

• Serve as part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent boys aged 13‑18.
• Lead therapeutic groups with patients.
• Intervene effectively in crisis situations.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related working experience preferred.
• Must pass DJJ background screen and pre‑employment drug screen.
