Okaloosa Youth Academy in Crestview, FL is seeking Youth Care Worker I and II to join a therapeutic treatment team. The YCW provides continuous patient care, supervision, and role modeling for adolescent boys aged 13–18 and leads therapeutic groups.
Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, be able to pass background and drug screens, and have prior related experience preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for professional development.
