Field Supervisor

To oversee growing residential business is Santa Rosa County while engaging in first-level communication and management of employees.

• Supports company operations by coordinating schedules, routes, equipment and supervising drivers.
• Coordinates with the Lead Field Supervisor on any escalated issues.
• Coordinates with Lead Field Supervisor to manage and develop field staff
• Coaches and directs employees as to the completion of routes/duties and reinforces company safety standards.
• Works closely with the Customer Service Team and interacts directly with customers in South Walton County serving as the customer liaison for existing contracts.
• Keeps current with and helps implement company policies and procedures by keeping employees informed.
• Serves as back-up driver in driver-shortage circumstances
• Participates in the training of all new field employees, including how to use tablets and routing software.
• Helps reinforce core values to employees, maintaining the customer service approach and helps keep motivation and culture positive.
• Works within routing software to assist in establishing and updating routes and resolving mapping and routing related customer service issues.
• Serves as back-up driver in driver-shortage circumstances

This position requires the employee:

• To lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
• To have knowledge of DOT safety regulations
• To have excellent customer service skills and the ability to present in a professional manner.
• To be proficient with Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets
• To have excellent communication and advisory skills
• To be detail-oriented
• To be self-motivated
• To sit, stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch

• Associates Degree Preferred or equal years of experience
• 1+ Years related experience in front-line management and/or routing operations.
• Class B CDL preferred or willingness to obtain Class B CDL within 6-months required

The pay range for this role is: 57 - 67 USD per year (Crestview, Florida)
