DEMA is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team and help build quality into processes across quality, operations, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers. You will analyze data, perform root cause investigations, and drive containment and corrective actions on nonconforming parts.
You will support PPAP/APQP activities, first article inspections, and CPs, while leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and waste on the shop floor.
