Job Overview
Plum Creek Regional Animal Medical Center is a well‑established, progressive, fast‑paced 3‑doctor small animal practice located a short distance from Chicago. We are proud to be a 25‑year AAHA‑Certified hospital. We offer comprehensive care including wellness, preventive care, surgery, dentistry, therapeutic laser therapy, diagnostics, imaging, acupuncture, and medical boarding.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality medical care for pets and their owners.
- Exercise medical autonomy and practice veterinary medicine on your own terms.
- Participate in the Partner Track program for future ownership opportunities.
- Support team workflow and maintain shared records across locations.
- Engage in ongoing continuing education and professional development.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university.
- Current DEA License (or to be obtained upon hire).
- Active Veterinary State License.
- United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) accreditation (or to be obtained upon hire).
- Proficiency in general medicine and surgery; preference for experience, though new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
