Are you an experienced roofing installer looking for consistent, high-volume work year-round
? M&M Home Remodeling Services has been serving homeowners for more than 47 years, and we're looking for reliable roofing installation crews to join our team as subcontracted Install Partners.

This is a great opportunity for established roofing crews that take pride in quality workmanship, clean jobsites, and professional customer service.

• Install residential asphalt shingle roofing systems
• Complete roofing installation and repair work
• Follow project specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and Field Superintendents
• Identify and communicate jobsite issues or concerns
• Complete projects efficiently and to company standards

• At least 1 year of experience installing residential asphalt shingle roofing
• Established roofing crew with the ability to complete projects independently
• Properly licensed and insured
• Lead-Safe Certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable and professional
• Ability to communicate with homeowners and field leadership
• At least one English-speaking member of each crew is required
