We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Telecom Civil Workers to join our team at Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. in Waverly, NE. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telecom civil construction and will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and communication equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform line / utility installations
- Grounding as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to the project manager
- Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
- Operate heavy equipment
- Previous experience in the telecom industry, specifically in civil construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Starting Base Pay: $19-$25 depending on experience
- $2,000 Sign‑on Bonus paid after 6 months of continuous employment
- Employment progress reviews at 45, 90, 180, and 365 days, annually thereafter, with potential raise based on performance
- Per diem paid weekly starting at $130 per day
- Generous end‑of‑year bonuses
- Paid travel to and from regular rotation breaks
