Our factory in Crete, Nebraska stands as one of the largest manufacturers in the area and one of the largest wet pet food manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Together, we proudly produce over one thousand tons of pet food per day, including renowned brands such as Alpo®, Nestlé Purina ONE®, Pro Plan®, Friskies®, and Nestlé Purina Veterinary Diets®. We also do our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal.

Situated just 25 miles from the factory, the city of Lincoln offers convenience to many of our associates who prefer the amenities of larger city living. They embrace the short commute from Lincoln to the quainter city of Crete, where our factory thrives.

Hourly pay starting at $30.46 with opportunities for increase up to $38.02 through additional training / certifications. • Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation
• Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs
• Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators
• Repair gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment
• Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, cooling towers, and general building needs
• Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection

• 6+ months of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a 2-year technical degree completed

• Must be willing to work nights and weekends

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $30.46. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
