The Production Operator Level 3 positions are a vital part of the Ingredient Preparation/Receiving, Processing, Packaging, Sanitation, VPAC, and Distribution Centers of the Nestle Purina Crete Factory. Production Operator Level 3 will meet all Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements when performing job duties. The primary responsibilities include handling raw or packaged goods, packaging materials and using a forklift truck to deliver raw ingredients and packaging materials to various production lines.
In addition, Level 3 Production Worker will be primary or relief operators on production equipment in Processing, Ingredient Prep/Receiving, Packaging, VPAC, Sanitation and Distribution production departments. These roles exist on all three shifts in our Production Departments. There is potential for overtime on all three shifts and overtime and weekends are required.

Responsibilities- Handle raw or packaged goods, packaging materials
- Use forklift truck to deliver raw ingredients and packaging materials to various production lines
- Operate production equipment as primary or relief operator in Processing, Ingredient Prep/Receiving, Packaging, VPAC, Sanitation and Distribution departments
- Maintain a clean work area
- Perform all duties safely and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned
- Work overtime, night shift and weekends as required

Requirements- 6+ months of experience in a production capacity such as manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment
- Willingness to learn how to operate a forklift and obtain necessary certification
