Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Crete, Nebraska (factory), within commuting distance of Lincoln.

Our factory in Crete, Nebraska stands as one of the largest manufacturers in the area and one of the largest wet pet food manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Together, we proudly produce over one thousand tons of pet food per day, including renowned brands such as Alpo®, Nestlé Purina ONE®, Pro Plan®, Friskies®, and Nestlé Purina Veterinary Diets®. We also prioritize environmental stewardship by conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal.

• Lead by example by fostering a culture of safety and quality throughout our processes.
• Coach and develop a team of technicians across functions, ensuring top‑notch equipment performance throughout the operation day.
• Oversee your team’s career development, helping them achieve performance goals in their area of responsibility.
• Monitor and ensure development of the team through progression plan adherence.
• Oversee performance of the team, including coaching, issuing corrective actions, issuing recognition, recommending promotions, and monitoring the full associate life cycle.
• Coach and develop staff on continuous improvement efforts, TPM, and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional factory leadership to ensure end‑to‑end performance success.
• Utilize problem‑solving and available tools to reduce equipment downtime.
• Lead projects focused on performance improvement, factory goals and personal development, including sponsorship of continuous improvement efforts within the facility.
• Deliver key performance indicators within your assigned area of responsibility, including operational efficiency, downtime and staffing utilization.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $66,000 to $106,000
. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location.
