- Demonstrate punctuality by consistently arriving on time each day
- Jobsite clean‑up and maintenance
- Moving materials on the jobsite
- Cleaning and oiling concrete forms
- Grading rock for concrete placement
- Manual excavation, when needed.
- Member of the Laborers Union, or willing to join.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Must be a team player and self‑starter.
- Must be able to take direction.
- Lift 80 pounds from floor to waist 3x
- Lift 60 pounds waist to shoulder 3x
- Overhead lift 60 pounds 3x
- Bilateral carry 80 pounds 2x for 50 feet
- Gripping for 90 second with 30 pounds
- Push and pull a sled with 97 lobs of force
- Lift 80 pounds of concrete and carry for 50 ft 5x
- Push 8 pound wheelbarrow 100 ft
- Ascend and descent 60 rungs on a vertical ladder
- Squat, bend, kneel, and stoop
