Wagner Portrait Group is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Customer Service team in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

For more than 50 years, Wagner Portrait Group has partnered with schools throughout the Midwest by providing exceptional school photography services. Every school picture day creates thousands of memories for students and families, and our Customer Service team plays an important role in making sure every family receives the support they deserve.

This isn't simply a call center position.

Every day you'll help parents, students, and school staff with questions about picture orders, online accounts, digital images, and school photography. You'll solve problems, answer questions, and create positive experiences that leave customers feeling heard and cared for.

Our Customer Service team is often the voice of Wagner Portrait Group. Every phone call is an opportunity to strengthen our relationships with schools and families, and we take pride in providing service that is friendly, patient, and solution-focused.

• Answer inbound customer service calls with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm.
• Respond to customer emails and online support tickets.
• Assist families with photo orders, account questions, digital image access, and product information.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and work toward timely, accurate resolutions.
• Process customer requests and perform accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Help us continually improve our customer service processes.

• Customer service or call center experience is preferred, but if you're an excellent communicator with strong computer skills and a passion for helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional during challenging phone calls.
• A genuine desire to help people and provide exceptional customer service.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
