We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in a warehouse/office environment. This role is responsible for order entry, inventory tracking, customer service, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.

• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Provide quotes to new and existing customers
• Track and monitor inventory levels
• Verify inventory availability and order status
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
• Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
• Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Advanced to proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Advanced use of Google Docs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Order entry and inventory management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment
