Treatment Coordinator

Dr. Waite & Associates is a thriving private dental practice in St. Louis, MO, seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our talented and compassionate team! We are seeking an individual who enjoys collaborating closely with both clinical and business teams to assist patients in understanding and scheduling necessary treatments in a timely and comfortable manner.

Our ideal candidate is charismatic, organized, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you have at least one year of experience in a dental front office role, including verifying insurance, reviewing treatment plans, and communicating effectively with patients, we would love to meet you!

Position Details

• Schedule: 3 - 4.5 days per week

  • Alternating weeks:
    Mon-Thurs 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Closed Friday)

  • Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour

• Bonus: Monthly bonus based on collection and production goals

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience

• Strong communication skills and professional grammar

• Experience verifying insurance and reviewing treatment plans

• Friendly, motivated, and organized personality
