We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team in Creve Coeur, MO. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

• Greet and welcome guests and residents in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide information about the property, local area, and available services.
• Assist with booking reservations, transportation, and event tickets as needed.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest and resident requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Manage mail and package deliveries.
• Address and resolve guest or resident concerns with professionalism and discretion.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or concierge roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with phone systems and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of the Creve Coeur area and local attractions is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
