• Provide US and Canadian payroll and tax expertise with broad understanding of HR ecosystem and employee experience.
• Lead or steer POD activity within Payroll capability cluster.
• Engage experts across HR and other functions.
• Collaborate with other clusters and organizations to ensure operational excellence and service.
• Lead payroll area continuous improvement and simplification.
• Champion CSAT and lead cycle of measuring performance and identifying areas of improvement.
• Lead vendor management within managed service payroll environment.
• Work on or lead HR or functional project teams.
• Prepare communications for enterprise.
• Manage content for domain мас across the enterprise.
• Domain and subject matter delivery in multiple disciplines (compensation, benefits, LOA).
• Identify and lead improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across capability cluster.
• Coach other members on domain and cross‑discipline expertise.
• Develop new processes and implement new technology.
• Evaluate and integrate vendors.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Deep expertise in payroll and employment tax practices within the USAвроп and Canada.
• Multi‑state outsourced payroll experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or closely related field.
• 7 years of payroll experience.
• Microsoft Office expertise.
• AI literate.
• SAP and/or Workday experience.
• ADP Global View experience.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $112,400 to $168,600. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on money, location, experience and other factors.
