Sr. Associate, Fund Analytics Engineering

LSEG and Microsoft are partnering to develop next‑generation data, analytics and cloud infrastructure solutions, enabling customers to discover, analyse and trade securities globally. This role will be part of that collaboration, providing innovative technology for a leading global financial markets infrastructure provider.

The position manages a team of quantitative analytics developers focused on designing, building and delivering analytics product solutions for LSEG’s buy‑side and sell‑side clients.

• Deliver high‑quality analytics product solutions with a commercial focus, working with Analytics Business, Product, Research and Sales teams.
• Lead strategic technology initiatives for analytics products, including application and data cloud migration and alignment with LSEG’s platform strategies.
• Support an API‑first strategy by designing and building SaaS and PaaS analytics solutions, including data services, quantitative models and risk tools.
• Maintain a hybrid multi‑cloud analytics platform delivering efficient, resilient solutions to clients.
• Coach and develop the quantitative development community to ensure high performance and technical competence.
• Promote continuous improvement in internal processes and external deliverables.

• Strong leadership and development experience in analytics software product development or SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Experience managing highly technical teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Experience delivering API‑service‑based and cloud‑based analytics solutions.
• Expertise in complex, distributed, multi‑tier systems.
• Domain expertise in Fixed‑Income and securitized products and valuations.
• Extensive knowledge of software design, architecture, product domain, process automation, and validation/testing.
• Full product development cycle experience from inception (POC) to delivery, using agile methodologies.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Proficiency in Linux and C++, C#, or Python and related technologies.
• 10+ years of technology or finance industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and people‑leadership skills.
