Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Ratios: Avg. daily census 8-16
Points per day/week:
How are points broken down? “We use a daily point system 5.2 is our productivity. This could be 5 labs/lines, 1 start of care oasis 2 labs/lines, each different visit is waited for what they are doing.”
Years of experience REQ: 1 year of experience required (1 year Hospice in home health or inpatient setting or 1 year ED, ICU or critical care experience)
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Every other
Certs REQ: BLS
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? N
Locals accepted: No, Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
Territory/County covering: Territory mileage radius? 40-80 miles.
Mileage reimbursed? Mileage will be reimbursed @ $0.55/mile.
Pending License accepted: Yes
RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned
Special Requirements:
High turnover, more like ER/ICU setting where patients walk in and are triaged, admitted
acute symptom management: pain, n/v, agitation
trach care, CPAP, feeding tubes, suction, ports, pleurx drains
Special Procedures/Unit Details: trach care, feeding tubes, suction, ports, colostomy, urostomy, wound care
Special Equipment: CPAP, BiPAP, Pleurx drains, Pain pumps
