  Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, reduce readmission rates, and improve overall outcomes.

  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.

  Stewardship: Manage budgets, resources, and staff to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
