Tennis Operations Team Member

This position involves assisting the Department Head in maintaining the daily operations of the Tennis department, scheduling court time, educating members on tennis programs, lessons, and equipment, and maintaining the pro shop. The role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

• Greet members, schedule lessons and court time, and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explain all tennis programs, services, and equipment to members and help determine their needs
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members
• Keep the pro shop neat, organized, and well-stocked
• Promote and sell tennis programs, services, and equipment
• Assist with inventory management and product ordering
• Reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift
• Clean and maintain the Pro Shop

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire
• Knowledge of tennis rules, regulations, and scorekeeping
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds

• Computer experience
