As part of the Client Services Team , youll support advisors and paraplanners with essential administrative duties while also being the first warm, welcoming face clients see when they visit the office. What Youll Be Doing:
Delivering high-quality administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners Handling client onboarding, application processing, and CRM updates (Salesforce) Preparing meeting packs, managing follow-ups, and chasing providers when needed Being the first point of contact for clients: greeting visitors and managing calls Producing client letters and templated reports Supporting smooth day-to-day running of the office and helping the team succeed What Youll Get in Return: £24,000 - 26,000 salary depending on experience 25 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 28 with length of service) 3-day Christmas closure (not taken from annual leave) 6% company pension contribution via Salary Exchange PFP also adds the NI saving 35-hour work week (Mon Fri, 9am5pm) with 1-hour lunch breaks Collaborative, caring team culture with opportunities to learn and grow your career Salary Exchange available- PFP Wealth also contributing the NI saving Youll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have previous admin or office support experience (ideally in financial services) Or youre a driven graduate with strong communication and organisational skills Enjoy being client-facing and providing excellent service Can juggle multiple tasks with calm focus and attention to detail Are friendly, enthusiastic, and keen to be part of a team that supports each other
