We are looking for a part time Hospital Administrator with a passion for making a difference to provide comprehensive administration support to Cygnet Nield House.

You will be working full time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).Cygnet Nield House in Crewe is our 29-bed mental health hospital for women.

Cygnet Nield House is split into two distinct wards, each offering specialist mental health services:

Clarion Ward a 14 bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder, with or without co-morbid disordered eating.

Compton Ward, a 15 bed acute service for women. The service provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission

Your Day-to-Day...
• Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
• Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard
• Keep files & records as required
• Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
• Occasional minute taking at meetings & taking notes for meetings as & when required
• Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.

You are...
• An administrator with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health
• Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
• A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet.
