MET Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of MET Technician in Crewe, Cheshire. This opportunity is ideal for skilled and experienced MET Technicians seeking a reputable employer with excellent benefits and earning potential.

Duties of the MET Technician:

• Carry out all mechanical and bodywork tasks on allocated vehicles
• Dismantling, fault-finding, and diagnostic work
• Re-assemble vehicles using new parts as required
• Conduct inspections and testing for safety and quality assurance
• Identify faults or potential safety concerns
• Perform road tests in a safe, legal, and professional manner to ensure vehicle roadworthiness

Requirements of the MET Technician:

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Relevant Level 3 qualification (minimum Level
  2), with ATA accreditation advantageous but not essential
• Eye for detail and quality awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Good work ethic and a professional attitude
