Join Our Clients Team as a Sales Operations Analyst!

Are you passionate about optimising sales operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by managing sales orders and enhancing operational efficiencies.

What You'll Do
  • Managing the sequence of sales orders to maximise sales opportunities while adhering to capacity constraints.
  • Passing orders to production in line with weekly schedules and liaising with logistics to manage timing.
  • Representing sales operations in order management meetings, advocating for additional production slots when necessary.
  • Identifying and implementing new software tools and automated reporting systems to streamline processes.
  • Collaborating with regional teams to address scheduling and capacity constraints.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar position, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of analytics reporting systems like Tableau being a plus.
