Assistant Site Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work for an established and highly respected house builder based in the North West.
You will initially manage a long‑term residential project based in Crewe.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the construction site. Your responsibilities include coordinating and supervising all on‑site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
To be successful in this role you will need a proven track record in a similar position within the construction industry. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and construction processes is essential, along with SMSTS, First Aid, and a valid CSCS card.
Good rates of pay are on offer and long‑term work is available.
