Pipelayer Groundworker – Crewe Water Project

Kilnbridge is looking for experienced Pipelayer Ground workers to join our team on a major water infrastructure project in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pipelayer to work with a leading specialist engineering and construction contractor on a busy project, offering competitive rates, consistent hours, and overtime opportunities. We are seeking a skilled Pipelayer with experience in utilities, drainage, and water infrastructure projects.

Job Details

* Start Date:

* Duration: 4 Months+

* Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour

* Hours:

50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

* Install, lay, and connect water and drainage pipework in accordance with project specifications.

* Excavate, prepare, and maintain trenches safely and efficiently.

* Read and interpret technical drawings and site specifications.

* Carry out back filling, reinstatement, and associated groundworks.

* Work collaboratively with site teams to meet programme deadlines.

* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality on site.

* Deliver work expected from an experienced Pipelayer on a major infrastructure project.

Essential Requirements

* Proven experience as a Pipelayer Groundworker.

* Blue Skilled Worker CSCS Card.

* Experience working on civil engineering, utilities, or water infrastructure projects.

* Admirable Requirement – United Utilities Passport.

* Previous experience working as a Pipelayer on water projects is advantageous.

* Demonstrable ability to perform the duties of a Pipelayer safely and efficiently.
