Salary:Up to £30,900 basic, depending on experience, plus company benefits.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll play an important part in creating a positive and smooth experience for every customer. You’ll be the connection between our customers and our workshop team, supporting each person with clear communication, empathy, and consistency.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Setting clear expectations and guiding customers through each stage of their vehicle’s service or repair
• Giving regular updates in a communication style that works best for the customer
• Identifying products or services that could be helpful to the customer
• Following up after work is completed to ensure customers feel informed and supported

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
• Able to communicate clearly and supportively with a wide range of people
• Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
