Taxi Dispatch Operator

Overview

As a dispatcher you will be responsible for taking bookings over the phone and by email and dispatching the work to the relevant drivers in a timely and efficient manner. Customer service is a high priority and good time management. A knowledge of Crewe and surrounding areas is preferred. You will make bookings via a data system.

• Take bookings over the phone and by email
• Dispatch work to the relevant drivers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks
• Use the data system to make bookings

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good time management
• Knowledge of local area
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full training given
