Our Receptionists are the welcoming heart of our centres, creating the positive first impression customers love and remember. As the friendly face at the front desk, you’ll help visitors feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, guiding them through their visit and showcasing everything our centres have to offer.

We do not require previous experience. We value a genuine passion for helping people and the confidence to greet guests with a warm smile and a can‑do attitude. You should stay calm, think on your feet and handle a variety of enquiries with ease.

We’re looking for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, love making others feel welcome, and want to be part of a supportive, energetic team.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and think on your feet in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to handle a variety of enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
