Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a qualified and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputable main dealership in Crewe, Cheshire. The Service Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently.

• Basic salary of £28,500, with potential earnings of up to £34,500 (uncapped OTE)

• Professionally greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs ensuring accurate scheduling
• Keep customers informed regarding vehicle progress and explain repair recommendations
• Liaise effectively with workshop staff to ensure timely job completion
• Prepare accurate estimates and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Promote additional products and services to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
• Complete all administrative paperwork and update digital records meticulously

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
• Minimum of 2 years dealership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and dealership software
• Full UK driving licence desirable
• Right to work in the UK is essential
