AO PLC in Crewe is seeking a Claims Advisor to serve as the main point of contact for customer issues and enquiries. You’ll help resolve claims with support from the wider team, using our guidelines to ensure the best customer service possible.
With focus on end-user complaints, property damage cases, and fast decision-making, you’ll communicate with customers, outbases, and third parties while maintaining detailed records and timely responses.
