Our client is a well-established and growing business looking to add a Customer Services Executive to their friendly and professional team.
The Role
As a Customer Services Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing expert support throughout the customer journey. You'll be responsible for handling enquiries, preparing quotations, managing renewals, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service at every stage.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, account management, and administration within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing new business enquiries and preparing quotations
Supporting existing clients with renewals and policy amendments
Delivering excellent customer service via telephone, email, and online channels
Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Liaising with insurers and internal teams to ensure the best customer outcomes
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and company standards
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident communicating with clients over the phone and via email
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
Professional, personable, and customer-focused
Knowledgeable in commercial insurance (beneficial but not essential for the right candidate)
