We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor position at a reputable dealership in Crewe. The Service Advisor will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient vehicle servicing and repair management, contributing to the success of our client's busy dealership.

- Monday to Friday working hours, plus Saturday mornings on a rota
- Greet customers professionally and deliver outstanding customer service
- Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and explain repair recommendations clearly
- Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
- Prepare accurate estimates and handle customer queries efficiently
- Promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate digital records and complete all necessary paperwork
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
- Minimum of 2 years dealership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and multitasking skills
- Confident with computer systems and software
- Full UK driving licence desirable
- Right to work in the UK
