7) to join the Community Specialist Palliative Care team in Crewe. You will work with palliative care medics, district nurses and GPs to deliver highly specialist care to patients and families in the CCICP footprint.
This part-time role offers shared caseloads, clinical leadership, and opportunities for audit, education and research within a supportive MDT framework across multiple sites.
