Team Leader, Education ​/ Teaching

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join a nursery based in Crewe, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is passionate about childcare and ready to take the next step in their career.

Qualification:

Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (essential)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior practitioner role

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and education.

Manage daily room operations, promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Work closely with management to implement nursery policies and procedures.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and external professionals.

Support staff training and development to enhance performance and practice.
