SEN Teaching Assistant

Mad 4 Recruitment are recruiting for 2x SEN Teaching Assistants to support a Year 4 pupil and a child in Early Years with ASD, at a Good primary in Crewe. The successful SEN Teaching Assistants will support the pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as in the wider classroom setting. The children require support academically and can lack concentration, so keeping him engaged and focused is essential.

• Full Time, Jan start until July 26 initially, potentially longer.

To be considered for the position, you will:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in a professional environment.
• Experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (preferred).
• Great communication skills.
• A can-do attitude towards tasks and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to form great relationships with staff and pupils.
