• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a productive learning environment
• Access day-to-day supply, short-term, and long-term teaching assignments

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Recent experience teaching English
• Strong subject knowledge and confidence with the curriculum
• Effective behaviour management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Competitive daily rates of £140-£160, paid weekly (dependent on experience and client rate), with higher pay available for long‑term placements
