Academics work closely with a network of supportive Secondary Schools across Cheshire East
, including area like Crewe and Sandbach, recruiting committed Maths Teachers who are passionate about helping students build confidence, resilience, and success in mathematics.

• Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Deliver engaging, structured lessons that promote understanding and problem-solving.
• Support students of all abilities to achieve strong progress.
• Plan, assess, and adapt lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to learn.
• Work collaboratively with departments and wider school teams.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths or a related subject (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous).
• Strong subject knowledge and effective behaviour management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for improving student outcomes in Maths.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).

• Competitive daily rates of £140-£160
  , paid to you weekly (dependent on experience and client rate), with higher pay rates available for long-term placements.
• Flexible supply or long-term roles, including opportunities to go permanent.
• A dedicated consultant who listens to your preferences and supports your career.
• A referral scheme, paying you up to £125 for every successful recommendation.
