Key Responsibilities - Cover Supervisor Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.

Maintain classroom engagement and ensure a positive learning environment.

Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.

Provide support and supervision to students, ensuring they stay on task.

Adapt to different subjects and school environments as required.

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience working with young people in schools, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or childcare.

Confidence in leading a classroom and delivering pre-planned lessons.

Strong communication, classroom management, and behaviour management skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and school settings.

A passion for education and student development.

A degree or relevant experience in education (preferred but not essential).
